Anyone know of a practical way of quietening the noise of our next door's fat feet stamping around?

It's driving us mad. You can even hear their bed banging when they indulge in the act of frightfulness.

The walls are brick, not block or timber. It tends to be floor noise.

soundblock plasterboard dot and dabbed to the party wall would give you a good result.

dot and dab is a method of installing drywall.
drywall adhesive is first put on the wall at 300mm spaces and the plasterboard is pushed gently on to it.the board stays there on its own till the adhesive dries.
