Have you tried searching the registry for the offending URL?

Sometimes they're also nice enough to add their 'features' in the add/remove programs section.

Try downloading Spybot S & D and Adaware SE. Both are very powerful programs designed to remove spyware/highjacker programs.

You should try a small prog called Hijackthis. Its only about 200k to download. You can get it here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

One you've downloaded it, click the scan button then save the log. Copy and paste the contents of the log on here and i'll tell you what's causing the problem.

Thanks for advise problem is now sorted,my mate downloaded a trial version of agv 7 and it solved is problem
