hik vision (hi look) offline

good evening
trying to connect my 4 way hi look unit to my network gone through all the videos and settings
but still offline (0x10007)
network cable direct into the router
tried putting in 8.8.8.8
114.114.114.114 changes to offline
enable is ticked access gaurding vision
server unticked
please advise

Does it not support cloud connetion as per normal Hikvision equipment ?

yep i think so, normal hik pages
i also have a static ip address , just not that technical to set it up

I only fit Hikvision , just taken a look on utube ....looks same , you shouldn’t have to add any addresses, so as per video, tick dhcp get address, this auto fills in the boxes , untick it if you want to change the address then edit last set of digits , go to enable guard , add verification code ...whatever you want , tick box , apply and it should be online...

i think it may be a network issue as in system maint / traffic i am sending and receiving 0bps

What cable are you using ? Premade ? Is it getting an address ? Try Fing app on your mobile and see if you can see the machine on the network
