Hikvision CCTV not showing on app but cameras working fine

If it’s a cloud account ....on a iPhone you log in via the cloud button on iVMS ....it’s different on iPad it adds it to device list on ivms... what device are you viewing it on ?

IPhone. Yeh I login and usually they are just there.

Honestly I’m so confused. When I try to add it in my devices it says it is invalid. It’s already in online devices but has locked me out, I guess due to incorrect username and password even tho I’m looking at both on the DVR.

Ok after messing about with it. Got it to work but only when I’m connected to wifi

so cannot access on 4G...any ideas ?

Dvr account password probably nothing to do with the cloud account password

Yeh I figured out the username and pwd

just this not working with 4G thing now is the problem. Works perfectly on wifi

Anyone got any ideas on how I can do this. Only thing I see so far to make it happen is to create DDNS...

Port forwarding not needed on cloud account ...

it was working before, i dnt know wt happened. i assume it was something to do with the internet/router settings.
