I've updated my NVR with the latest Firmware and all is well apart from one camera (turret) that is not showing up on my mobile app. This camera does appear on the web interface via my laptop and also on the monitor connected to the NVR.
It states "stream type not supported" in my mobile app. I can view this in playback mode.
It's the same firmware version as another turret camera which is absolutely fine. I've also set resolution and frame rate at the lowest for all cameras but this hasn't made a difference.
