Hi everyone
I have a DS-7608NI-K2/8P NVR. I used to be able to view the cameras on my mobile remotely. To reduce the battery usage, I turned off some of the apps. That totally stopped the camera view on my mobile. I turned on the apps that I remembered but perhaps not all of them but it did not help. I then deleted and reinstalled ivms-4500. Only the DVR option was available and could not see NVR. So now I cannot view the cameras when I am away from home. Any ideas please?
