can anyone tell me what the grubb screws on these door hinges do as the door doesn't close flush with the door frame Thanks in advance. Andy

Looks like a security door hinge bolt but built into the hinge whereas others are standalone.

The big one is a dog bolt for security.
As for the grubs if you slacken the posi screws the grubs can then be used to adjust the tip of the hinge to either throw it over or back a few mm
