Hive and Hot Water

Hi all, Looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience and how it was resolved.

Installed Hive Thermostat about 6 months ago to my combi bolier. (Gloworm Extramax).

All works fine but every now and then it defaults the boiler to heating only, hence no hot water. It’s an easy fix, as I just click it back to hot water and heating on the boiler control but seems to be doing it for no reason. No set pattern.

Anyone had a similar experience or any ideas of a fix.

do you have a hive single channel installed ? you should have

Then that can have no effect on the hw settings the problem is at the boiler end nothing to do with the hive
