Has anyone thought about contacting the makers of Hive, Nest, etc. and suggesting they include instructions with their products?

It already has its own forum page its called the plumbing and heating forumI have often wondered if there should be a FAQ/wiki or even its own forum page
and stop marketing them to people who have no knowledge of electrics and/or heating controllers.
They do include instructions...
