Hive mini issues

hive mini is connected to under floor s system. Runs manually from the thermostat and the receiver but does not respond to the app programming instructions.
Any suggestions why this should be and how to fix it!

As can be seen from the screen grab, programmed run time results in no temperature rise. Raised the temperature by over-riding at the thermostat this afternoon, saw temperature rise on the display shortly afterwards. Is there something I am missing?

I had a similar issue and apparently it was the receiver at fault. Online chat with Hive led to them "resetting" it online, along with the hub. No idea how, but it worked
