Hive not firing the heating??

i have a multimeter in my container, will retrieve it in the morning and check for 240v on Ch demand. All connections seem fine and tight. Thank you both for your help tonight. I will post again once I've checked with my MM

If joining 1+3 fires the boiler the Hive is faulty.

If it's working with the link in I'd suspect the receiver is not switching between 1 & 3

Exchanged the Hive today, fitted it and it works perfectly.
