I know this is well been covered before but.......

What I've got :
Cooker Switch (no socket) 45amp breaker in c.u. 6mm cable from switch. Next to cooker sw. 13amp fused spur, this supplies a socket under kitchen units which I plug dishwasher into.
A 6kw hob and 4.9kw oven.

What I want (would like) to do:
Connect hob and oven , also I would like an extra socket above worktop ( not a cooker sw. with socket please.)

You shouldn't have other sockets on the cooker circuit - it's meant for the cooker.

A socket integral to the switch is OK (but a very old fashioned idea), as is an FCU for a hood, or hob igniter, but not sockets for general use.

I haven't got a socket from the cooker sw. it is just next to it and is a fused spur from the ring main.
The cable from the fused spur to the socket is accessible , I can put a junction box before the socket and spur off to a new socket.. yeh or nay?
