Hole bush/ liner

I am needing to run some data cables from a cupboard to an adjoining shelving unit.

Drilling the holes is easy enough it’s through 2 x 20mm MDF walls.
It would make sense to have some some of ‘top hat’ style bush to line the hole.

Something like attached, but smaller (around 20mm) is there a name for such things so I can go buy.
Pic shown is expensive self lubricating bush, I just want something to line hole so it looks neat.
