Home built Squat Rack. How?

If at all possible I would like to build my own squat rack for home use and have it look something like this

How easy would this be to achieve and would it be simple to pick up the required parts. I already have a kind of build plan in my head. Just want other peoples opinions.

Do you have access to a welder and can you weld with it?

No on both parts. Just looked at prices and it would be easier to buy them than buy a welder kit lol. Should i know someone who can though

You may be able to adapt a trestle with a few well placed bolts and drilling a few hole to increase adjustment.
