Honeywell 2 port valve wiring help please

I have just bought a new Honeywell 2 port motorised valve to replace old one and have come across abit of a problem.

Old one in addition to N L and E wires had 2 black wires joining 2 black in wiring loom.

This new valve other than N L and E has a Grey wire and a Light Red wire Can anyone help me I have a 50 50 chance of getting it wrong and if I do will it damage anything

This is on an unvented cylinder isn't it?



Either way. It doesn't really matter which way round they go.
