Honeywell ademco microtech 504 co65 reset

Hi, im looking to find out how to reset an ademco microtech 504 co65 alarm panel, any help is appreciated.

User reset or total panel ( default ) ?

Hi, total panel default i think, its asking for a manager reset and we only know the user codes so we need to completely reset

There is a jumper link on the main PCB (labeled something like "Memory BK"). It's on the right hand side of the board. You need to down power the panel completely, open the wire link above, re-apply power and close the link. It should now be returned to factory settings, just be advised that this will completely wipe ALL programming. Be warned, if you haven't programmed a Galaxy alarm panel before, then a 504 is probably not a good place to start!

The manual is online ... and it’s going to be pretty old if it’s still got micro tech on it ....1999-2003 ish at a guess

I’m not seeing the memory cable etc...

Pcb on the left ...on the left hand side above the green Varta battery !

Hi, this hasn't worked just powers up to alarm in progress then when i put the pin in it says call manager reset required.
