Honeywell galaxy 2 - will only accept fob help pls

Hi all newbie here and no clue but tenant vacated property she has been using fob but alarm code was xxxx so I’ve been trying to set it but will only set with fob. Could it be set to a fob only setting? Is there such a thing? Every time I put in code and try to set it says invalid. I only have an engineer code and was told I need managers code? Help appreciated thanks

Sounds like the code you have is invalid. If you don't have the master/managers code, then the panel will need the manager and engineers code defaulting.
