Honeywell T63660B 102B upgrade to Heatmiser PRT Wifi

I was going to ask about the lack of neutral, just checked at the boiler end and Neutral isn't connected there... so the earth really is an earth. (Ns terminal not connected)

I can run more cable without too much hassle, also not a problem to flush mount a box either...

I think I have a grasp of how to do this now...

Will also be double checking everything with an electrician friend too... thanks for the help and advice guys.
