I have emptied the drum and checked the drainage pipe - blowing down the pipe causing bubbbles would suggest there is no blockage here. I can't find the filter ! Is there one on this Hoover model it is also known as Hoover AC95. If the filter is okay I will cjeck the pump but the machine is only months old. HELP Can any one tell me where the filter is.

Not sure, but on our Hoover WM, the kick plate (bottom front) pulls off and theres a filter there. Ours was full of rubbish. Advisable to take the filter out with the machine tilted heavily back - water will escape.
