Would I be better off using a bit O' copper pipe than plastic for the wee bit from under the floor to the radiator valves

Vis a Vis someone beating the living daylights outta the pipe with the Dyson ?

we got it cheap but it was supposed to be £80 or something. i wouldnt pay 80p for a dyson now.
