Hoover Washer Dryer Fault Code E13

Hi, can anyone help. I have a Hoover Dynamic 9+6 WDYN 9666PG washer dryer which is showing fault code E13. Does anyone know what this relates to. Have called help line but been told an engineer needs to come out. I am an electrician so will fix myself if I know what is wrong. Thanks.
