Hope this isn't any of you guys!

So under what circumstances can the term "learning difficulties" be used and not be offensive in your eyes?

When you are referring to a person that attends a school for people with learning difficulties as a student, would be an example. Not as a derogatory term used to insult those who undertake foolish activities. It is not fair on people who truly have difficulty learning new skills.

Wake up everybody, and pay attention.

My original comment, as made crystal clear by my later clarification, had nothing whatsoever to do with the foolishness or whatever of the electrician in the video, and had everything to do with the person who made it.

And it was not an insult - just an observation - if the video maker doesn't have learning difficulties and doesn't want to give the impression that he does then he should pay more attention to the quality of his writing.
