Horstmann h425 CH timer -what should it say?

Hi, In my house the central heating is on a combi boiler with the timing for the heating by the timer shown (Horstmann h425). The makings on the RHS have worn off with use (from previous owner), there apears to be 4 positions (top, topmiddle, bottom middle and bottom) does anybody know what these should read? and then i can mark it accordingly.

It'll be ON (24hrs), Once , Twice, and OFF
Though not necessarily in that order. You should be able to work it out by turning the knob.
I think the first "on" timing marker of the day is marked "A"?

thanks. i will double check (by turning it with the switch in each position, - i know i could have done that in the first place but its simpler if you know what your looking for! -thanks again.
