Hi, moved into new house and have issue with central heating/ hot water system, it has a Drayton lifestyle lp 241 control unit, we could never get it working fom timer but if you overide it you could have either hot water on or heating but not both, this worked for a while but now nothing works, we don't have combi boiler system, we have not touched anything so all wiring is as was, does it just need a new Drayton heater control?? Any help would be much appreciated.

I would start by looking at the pump.
