Am looking for some good advice please, am a mum of 3 young ones who suddenly found the house very cold this morning.
Have hot water in the taps, but all radiators are cold. Thermostat is not clicking when I turn the temp up.
It is a British Gas Combi Boiler, it just says C1 on the front of the boiler.
Am not mechanically minded, but have a lovely dad and brother who could help.
Any ideas are gratefully received!
