Hot water kitchen - Cold water bathroom

Diverter needs toi divert somewhere, so if the combi is detecting the flow, but no hot water in bathroom... Where has it all gone?

You said the heating flow was warming up?

Assuming that the diverter is faulty, would the radiator water not be diverted into the hot water system. I mean, if it diverts one way should it not also from time to time divert the other way too?

I have not noticed the radiators getting warm, but will run a test tomorrow morning once the radiators go off.

Not really no.

so where is the hot water going? Hot water tap is open, boiler fires up, cold water comes out of the tap. What is the boiler heating up, and if it is water, where is it all going to?

Get the diverter fixed first.

Can you isolate the cold feed to the bathroom then see if hot water comes through the mixer tap?

I thought it was established that it’s circulating around the heating system.
