Hot water kitchen - Cold water bathroom

Assuming that the diverter is faulty, would the radiator water not be diverted into the hot water system. I mean, if it diverts one way should it not also from time to time divert the other way too?

so where is the hot water going? Hot water tap is open, boiler fires up, cold water comes out of the tap. What is the boiler heating up, and if it is water, where is it all going to?

Can you isolate the cold feed to the bathroom then see if hot water comes through the mixer tap?

I thought it was established that it’s circulating around the heating system.

UPDATE: Starting to suspect the Secondary/Plate Heat Exchanger: Kitchen tap gets plenty of hot water, however, does not get as hot as before. Batthroom taps will get hot water when running at reduced flow approx. 50% rate. When bathroom taps open full flow I only get warmish water which sometimes drops to stone-cold and then after a while, back to warm.

At no point do any radiators warm up when hot water taps are on, even when only cold water comes out of taps.
