Hot water no longer coming through on Grohe Smart Control

I had a Grohe Smart Control shower installed two years ago. It has three valves. Recently, the hot water has stopped coming through for one of the valves. The other two valves are fine. The boiler is a Worcester combo-boiler.

Any suggestions what could be causing this?
