Hot water probz help please

I have a saunier duval xeon 30HE boiler and Oso indirect.

2 bathroom in my house and kitchen.

there is hot water at Oso tank but no hot water coming out the 2 bathrooms or kitchen. Only louk worm.

But when I open Ground floor baysen hot tap and leave running there's hot water coming in the rest of the taps in the house.


Could someone please help me..
