Hotpoint Acquarius DC26 not working, would appreciate help

Hi there, I have a Hotpoint Acquarius DC26 dishwasher and it has stopped cleaning the dishes, glasses etc properly. I have cleaned the filters and tried to check that the spray arms are not blocked. The arms do not appear to be blocked. Do you think it might need a new waste pump? Does anyone know how to change one of these on this model of dishwasher. Are waste pumps expensive? Also....when I removed the filter there was also some water left in the bottom of the dishwasher. Would very much appreciate some advice.
