It washed fine last week. So although the drum does go round, it does not speed up to a fast spin at all. Result is that the cycle does not actually ever finish and the drum just whirs around.
I have tried every cycle, even "fast spin" and the drum still just goes around gently.
Also, if you hit the start/stop button and the "end" light comes on, the machine whirs away continually as though it's in the middle of a wash...
Machine is 3 years old and has never given me a problem before.
Any help at all woud be much appreciated.
