Our Hotpoint FFU4D Fridge freezer has worked perfectly for the past 4 years or so but has now started to ice up underneath the lower freezer drawer. Fridge bit is fine but unless the ice on the inner floor of the freezer part is removed it eventually stops the drawer closing properly. The cause seems to be water coming from the left vent at the back and then freezing.
Is this normal or do the temperatures need changing / or is a fault developing that needs expert attention ?

Any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks
Brian.
