Hotpoint TDC32 Condensor Tumble Dryer front felt

Hi all, I have acquired this unit with the suggestion that the front felt has degraded. I have found masses of lint and muck so far, and am about to remove the front panel. This may be a silly question, but as I am having no luck in locating such a front felt seal online, does this machine actually have one fitted originally?
