Hotpoint washing machine - loud noise

Hello,

I have a Hotpoint washing machine that is making a very loud tick noise, when the drum is turning slow, it will be slow tick say every 1 sec for a brief period, when spinning fast it will be continuous (tick, tick, tick…….)
It comes and goes while a wash is on; I have had the problem for 6 months now and think I need to get it fixed…

Any ideas what it might be and how i can resolve.

It's a hotpoint wt761

I have had a look around and don't see anything stuck, any pointers?
I have a recording of the noise if there is a way of uploading it anywhere...

If i can't fix it myself, can anyone recommend a company that anyone may have used for appliance repairs in NW London.
