I have a split in the rubber seal, could someone tell how id replace this pls

lid off, consol panel off front panel off 4 screws door seal in front. wire clip round seal just pulls off .

hello ive finally got round to replacing the rubber, i have a little plug with 5 red leads going into it and i cant remember where i unplugged it from????? and any tips on how to get the outer spring back on pls....

red wire plugs into top pcb on the right hand side .spring just streaches on to seal.
