hotpoint wf541 washing machine fault?

hi guys i need help, my girlfriends washing machine has reduced creases and mini load lights continously on and the on/off light flashes really fast have checked filter on pump at front and cleared a £2 coin and a necklace from it but problem wont go away. machine fills and runs for about 15 minutes then fault re-appears any pointers please.
