As a director of Ltd company which buys properties, renovates and sells.

I am looking to apply for PP to add an extension to a property.

Do I apply a for Householder planning permission or is this just for owner/occupiers ?

or do I need to do 'Full planning' which appears to be more for larger developments, subdivision, change of use etc ?

Thanks

Yes, it is a dwelling.

So, as the Ltd Co. owns the property, and I own 100% of the company.

Do I simply sign Ownership certificate A.

and when it asks for applicant name and address, can I leave the Compny (optional) box empty ?

Use Cert. A and just write your co. name in the box.
It's for extending a single dwelling, so Householder is the correct form.
