Finally effing sorted it! Phoned her up and talked her through setting up FaceTime on her iPad mini. That was bloody hard work, much harder than it sounds. Took long enough just getting her to move the iPad so that she gets her face in the picture - was talking to the ceiling for a couple of minutes while she tilted THE BLOODY HOUSE PHONE SHE WAS HOLDING IN HER HAND. Oh well, all sorted now and my wife, her sister, brother and the 5 grandkids can all call her now - assuming she can remember to press green to accept the call! She'd never be able to initiate a call herself so it’s going to mean her phoning people up and asking them to FaceTime her. Maybe in time..... Oldies!
