How do i clean grout off my glass blocks and tiles

i bought nice glass blocks and glass tiles for my shower and make a new shower cubicle which my dad offered to grout 4 me, he finished and left me with grout everywhere, thick lumps and blobs everywhere not even and a mess, my tiles are all marked white and u can hardly see the blue mosaic pattern which is supposed to be there, Please help as my hands are raw and im not getting anywhere.

brick acid should do the trick though you will probably need to chip off any large lumps

I have found that if you get the grout really wet (e.g. after a long hot shower) then it becomes softer. A scraper of the type pictured below is then ideal for scraping the softened grout off flat tiles.

If your tiles are smaller or uneven-shaped then the scraper may be unsuitable, but getting the grout good and wet will still help you with whatever other methods you try.
