How do I clean this in windows

Below you will see between window and frame there's some dirt. It's on a house I just bought.

Is it time for new Windows or can I clean or replace this seal? Any ideas?

Try cleaning with white spirit first, then replace if they don't come up to scratch. Do you know how to get the glass out

No. Any ideas how to remove glass?

Also if it needs replacing where can I get a replacement from

You'll have to google for a local supplier, but even screwfix are starting to do the window seals now. With most windows you need get the beading out, and I use a sharp chisel in the joint. With other windows, you have to wiggle out the internal window seal, then you use a bit of washing up liquid to get them back in.

No it's just a white seal - I changed the lot on my last house, for black ones .
