Yeah, Wago don't make a 4-way. 5-way is good.

He needs to connect 3 earths and have an earth to the faceplate. As they wont fit in the faceplate.

Your Pictures seem to show a "Choc Block" which would mean linking them altogether.

No, you put all four wires in one hole/terminal - or some in each end of ONE connector.

Of course. This really isn't a difficult concept.
Imagine you are driving your four seater car and only have two friends....

Worth pointing out that that is ONE conector with five terminals.

Unlike this:

which is FOUR connectors, each with two terminals

the 3 wire Wago 221s I must admit when I see them they make me think they are to take live, neutral, Earth all in the one connector. I suppose some light fittings have the terminals arranged like that.

That's why I thought it necessary to explain.

I don't think there is a way of making such things clear for every item.


Some think a ceiling rose has eight separate terminals (excl. the earth) and the wires are just placed in them in some mysterious pattern, and -

on the other hand multiple wires in a single terminal are just in there for convenience doing nothing.
