How do I fix this tiling by a cowboy builder?

Cowboy builder who will not be coming back inexplicably took the left side of the door frame off to tile but didn't do that on other side (see first 3 images). I'd rather not take off 14 tiles, cut new ones to size and fit. I am not confident with a circular saw thing so would not use that. I know it's an overall awful job, but just looking to fix the worst bits...

And ANOTHER thing to fix is missing trim in the shower alcove bottle storage (see last image).

If you don't want to take the tiles off, then you could consider adding a strip or section of wood down the side of the tiles, gluing it in place onto the door frame and then using filler to conceal the join. However, it won't match the other side of the frame so its questionable whether this would be a good plan.

For the top of the door frame, they have tried putting in a section of wood. You could try cutting a better fitting one, and then use filler to fill any gaps.

Where wood meets the tiles, use silicone to create a seamless join.

You could install a second architrave over top of existing which would hide the mess .

I was thinking along those lines, or perhaps the same size upvc channel fixed over the two sides and the top so they all match.

I was able to just place the original one over it and fill the gap with caulk, so it protrudes more than the other one, but only if one cares to look
