Only guessing but maybe release/remove the grubb screw near the frame and see if the whole thing lifts off a fixing plate , like some bathroom fittings do.
Push the brass pins out from the hinges and the door will come off with its part of the hinge. You might have another screw behind the centre part of the hinge. Then get the little grub screws off and the white hinge will slip off and there might a fixing bracket underneath.
