How do I remove these recessed spotlights

Heyhey, hope someone can help.

I have recessed bathroom spotlights in my flat and need to change the bulbs, but can't figure out how to get them out? There are no visible clips or similar. Tried pushing the glass gently and also tried turning the glass counter clockwise but it's not moving. Inserting a knife between the glass/metal and metal/ceiling and pushing gently didn't seem to work either.

Any ideas?

Usually, turn the metal bezel anti-clockwise that is in front of the glass of the lamp.
Do you have access to the ceiling space above. What does it look like from above?

Thank you for your response!

I tried to turn the frame and glass anti clockwise but it's not moving, but I can't see any bezel (unless your bezel is what I call "frame", the white bit?). Very difficult to get a good grip of anything to be honest. We purchased the flat in 2018 but never had to change the bulbs until now. In our other rooms we have different spotlights that can be removed easily, not sure why they did it differently in the bathroom lol

No access to the ceiling space above, there is another flat above us.

Try pulling the whole fitting down.
Usually those spotlights are held by springs.
It might be a sealed unit that needs changing.

Those look like sealed led down lights

So the only way to make them work is to remove them and replace . If you can fit units with changeable GU10 bulbs

There will be a clip or slot at one edge, may have to push the inner white ring upwards to see it.
If not then it rotates 1/4 turn or so and will drop down.

They are plaster in efforts and are installed/removed from below.

We have the same fittings. They had a glass cover, which you were supposed to push the provided suncrion cup onto, then pull HARD to remove the light.

I found that when pushing the cup on, the glass pulled away so I could get my fingers behind the bezel, and pull down. There will be a bent metal spring in either side, so you need to pull hard, then suddenly it will drop. They can be a pain to refit, as the GU10 lamp moves position if the cabling is either too tight, or too slack.
