Got a very slight drip on bath taps so want to replace gland. However, I can’t figure out how to remove the top of each tap. There’s no grub screw round the back. The little handles do turn in an anti clockwise direction but only about a quarter turn, so they don’t seem to unscrew all the way out. Any advice greatly appreciated.

No. Until I can get to the cartridge I don’t know what type I need. Can’t see any manufacturer stamp on the tap either.
Might be quicker and less hassle to replace the bath mixer.

Levers sometimes unscrew.
Tried that, but they both only turn about quarter. Possible that’s because they have seized up but they’re both the same

If the taps are on the long side of the bath you will very likely need the bath to be moved out to change the taps.
If the lever handles definitely do not screw off ,then the whole tap handle may just pull off ,try levering with something wide, like a stiff wallpaper scraper, Between the tap body and the underside of the tap handle,moving around the outer diameter as you do so.

If they move at all then they will be removable .
Definitely no cap on rear ?

Definitely no cap. I could get some mole grips on the lever to see it will unscrew anymore but I’m worried about breaking something
Success. Poured a small amount of boiling water on the handle, gave a good wiggle. Lo and behold it unscrewed, exposing the grub screw. Thanks for your help. I now know I can get to them when I have time to change the gland.
