I've got a couple of rusty old screws in my garage wall

I can put a screw drive on the head because its worn and rusty
There are one or 2 that I can somehow get some sort of grip on - but these are amazingly hard to unscrew - I've tried with all my might!

Thanks

Omar

why do you want to take them out?

Are they in plasplugs?

Have you got a blowlamp or a mole wrench?

Tap left and right with a hammer and they will snap off. Or use a claw hammer to extract.

Snapping them off is probably the simplist answer , but if you have to remove them first try tightening them which can crack the rust and help removal. For screws that I can't get a screwdriver in but can get access to the head I use a pair of sidecutters to turn the screw.
