We have had Denis Ruabon quarry tiles (over 500 ) laid in a new extension and the builder has used cement grout which looks terrible; lots of ridges and holes, wrong colour (pale), uneven - you name it. Basically, it is concrete with expensive tiles laid into it!
He has also left a huge gap (over 1cm in some places) between each tile.
We have asked him to remove it but he's taken to his sick bed.
Mu husband has been trying to get it up with a grinder blade on his drill but the dust is awful and now he has a bad chest - yes, he was wearing a mask. The dust is coming into the house and we are all coughing.
Please, does anybody have any ideas how we can do this without all the dust? There must be a drill bit that would grind it up without all the dust.
Thanks for taking the time to read this - we are desperate.
