How do you box this up?

The agency asked me to box this up for a rental. How do you do that so you still keep access to the boiler cover and also allow for the little valve underneath the boiler to fill the boiler !

Clearly the electrics need sorting first, and not sure about the condensate drain, seem to remember there are rules about that?

I had a problem with my mother's house, kitchen fitters put a surround to hide the pipe work, which was on clips so it could be removed for maintenance, then someone put silicon sealant on the surround so it would not come off.

and clearly they need sorting. My reply would be "Can you put me in touch with the electrician so I can liaise with him as to what is required?"or simply please tell me when the electrician has finished so I can start work.

I would only box in under the boiler, clearly with a door which opens. I note the toilet, I assume it is not a bathroom.

Fit a door or easily removable access panel. Leave plenty of room around the boiler for servicing and access.
