How do you call them?

Hi there,
Sorry for probably a very silly question but I'm a bit lost. Need to buy "chrome wall outlets" to connect hot\cold water pipes to a wall hung basin. How do you call these things properly? Can't find them anywhere but one and only one action on ebay:

Can't believe nobody else sell them on ebay so thinking they must be called somehow different. Please help Thank you
