How many 10Kg Easi Fill bags

Even one, 10kg bag would be too much, so there's yer answer.
Just be aware that it will need two hits. In my experience, the first fill will have lots of air bubbles that will need a second hit.
I use it for the sake of convenience (in general decorating) but it is very soft and there are many times when I use harder fillers. That said, you asked a specific question and the reply that you got seems to be fairly sound. Apologies for hijacking. I just want to make sure that others realise that it isn't some kind of universal filler (it shouldn't be used on woodwork for example).

Use joint filler on your first coat for any drylining and then finish off with easi fill
